As children, we naturally made sense of the world through our experiences, and many of those experiences shaped how safe we feel being seen, speaking up, asking for what we want or believing in our own value.
When we finally feel understood about how those experiences affected us, something shifts.
We stop seeing ourselves as the problem and we begin to see the patterns for what they are.
Adaptations that were created to make ourselves feel safe.

Real transformation doesn't begin with trying harder, it begins when your experience feels validated.
Because when you separate who you are from the experiences that shaped you, you create space for new choices, greater confidence and a completely different way of showing up in your business.
